End to End Prep 2
Some training facts: Having decided to do this ride I've been getting the miles in. Since the start of Dec 2009 cycled 2021 miles over 169 hours.Not seen much of my family at weekends plus missed some ice hockeygames but hopefully the hard work will pay off.

End to End Prep 1
Just thought i'd start sending entries to the blog to get things moving. Good practice trying to email from a mobile phone. Entries may be on the short side, but hopefully more frequent. There's a size limit with gmail. Also please ignore my poor spelling. Its this keyboard - honest.
